Disclaimers

The New England Association of Arbitrators (NEAA) is a membership-based organization that provides a directory of experienced and vetted auto damage appraisers who are available to serve as umpires in Right to Appraisal disputes.

NEAA does not assign, manage, or oversee appraisal cases and is not a party to any arbitration or dispute resolution process. We do not guarantee the outcome of any case, nor do we influence or participate in any decisions made by umpires listed in our directory. Umpires also set their own prices.

All NEAA members operate as independent professionals, and consumers are solely responsible for selecting the umpire they wish to engage. NEAA does not provide legal advice, insurance, or representation of any kind.

While we strive to ensure that all members meet high standards of professionalism and ethics, NEAA is not liable for any actions, decisions, or services provided by individual members. Nor do any opinions expressed by individual members represent the organization as a whole. Any disputes or concerns about a member’s conduct should be reported to NEAA for review.

By using this directory, you acknowledge and agree that NEAA’s role is limited to providing information and that the selection and engagement of an umpire is solely your responsibility.
